SAVE THE DATES Wednesday Evening Summer Programming at the ACL…

The ACL is once again planning expanded programming in the summer on many Wednesday evenings.  The pace is easier, the evenings are lovely for a summer stroll to visit us, and we enjoy hosting these special events to see our friends and neighbors.

More details forthcoming, but for now here’s what we’ve got in the works thus far:
Teen & Adult Coloring Night – Wednesday, July 13th – 7 pm
It’s all the rage!  Join us for an evening of relaxing coloring with adults coloring books.

Lawn Games & Garden Art Night – Wednesday, July 20th – 7 pm
Back by popular demand!  Decorate our garden with a community arts and crafts project!  We will also enjoy our beautiful grounds with lawn games like croquet and bocce ball.

PJ Storytime & Stuffed Animal Sleepover – Wednesday, July 27th – 7 pm
Wear your PJ’s and bring your favorite stuffed animal.  After the stories are over, your stuffed animal will get to spend the night with the giant Curious George!

Dancing in the Parks Outdoor Concert – Wednesday, Aug. 3rd – 6:30 – 8 pm
The Infractions are an energetic 6 piece band with a dynamic horn section. Lead by bass and vocalist Brian Stratton (Hootie and the Blowfish and Chicago), the band covers all styles of music, like classics by Stevie Wonder, Chicago, Steely Dan, the Commodores and Bruce Springsteen Bring chairs, blankets and your dancing shoes.  Sponsored by our friends at The Village Bank.

Stay tuned for full details and more events to celebrate the summer season at the ACL.
