Local 5th graders from the Burr Organization of Youth Action (BOOYA) at Burr Elementary school will host abake sale fundraiser to benefit the library on Saturday, November 17th. Drop by for sweet treats, support the kids, and support the library…
We’ll also have a drop-in craft (for kids AND adults!) led by local crafty queen Megan Ulland. Using inexpensive tiles, pretty printed paper, and a little Mod Podge, we’ll create some beautiful coaster/decorative tiles as a drop-in craft. (We’re going to see how it goes, and if there’s interest, we might run a class at a later date to make little packs of coasters as holiday gifts.)
