Flower Arranging Class: Wednesday, May 9 at 7 pm

Just in time for Mothers Day!

Join us at this fun and hands-on workshop to learn how to make a beautiful springtime arrangement that you can keep for yourself, or give to a mother, sister, auntie, daughter, or other gal in your life. The workshop will be taught by Newton residents Joanne Lyons and Susan Lunin. The instructors have entered arrangements in many flower shows, and they are active members of the Temple Shalom Garden Club. (Joanne is also currently studying to become a flower show judge, but she’ll go easy on you in her critiques…)

This class is intended for adults or high school students, though younger children may participate if they will be working on an arrangement with an adult (lovely mother/daughter bonding, anyone?). Supplies fee – $25 payable at registration (scholarships are available).

Pre-registration is required! The class will be capped at 15 participants. Email us to register – activities@auburndalelibrary.org
