A Persian Feast–Cookbook Book Club/Potluck: Sunday, April 2nd, 5:00 PM

We’re bringing back the ACL cookbook book club for one more try!   You can make a recipe from “Taste of Persia”.  Taste of Persia contains recipes from ancient Persia, or the current Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran and Kurdistan.  Or, you can use any other recipe you find from another Persian cookbook.

Here’s how our ACL Cookbook Club works:

  • Youchose a recipefrom the cookbook.  We’ll have a non-circulating copy of the book at the front desk—you can take a photo or request a photocopy of the recipe you would like to prepare.  There are also many copies of this cookbook in the minuteman library system as well as some recipes available on-line.  You can use any other Persian cookbook too!
  • Sign upat the circulation desk or on http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0849a4a929a3fc1-aclcookbook5
  • Make your dish at home and bring it to the ACL on Sunday, April 2nd, 5:00 PM, ready to eat (we don’t have ability to reheat or refrigerate at the ACL).
