For the next cookbook book club, we’re using The Homemade Kitchen, by Alana Chernila.
Here’s how our ACL Cookbook Club works:
- You chose a recipe from the cookbook. We’ll have a non-circulating copy of the book at the front desk–you can take a photo or request a photocopy of the recipe you would like to prepare. Recipes are also available on-line at http://www.eatingfromthegroundup.com/
- Sign up at the circulation desk or using our sign-up form. That way we will ensure we don’t have duplicate dishes.
- Make your dish at home and bring it to the ACL on Thursday, March 31st, ready to eat (we don’t have ability to reheat or refrigerate at the ACL).
