The grounds of the ACL always look beautiful, in large part due to the efforts of the wonderful Newton Community Pride gardening volunteers. Over the past few weeks, these volunteers worked in the garden, planting many tulip and daffodil bulbs, transplanting shrubs, and cleaning out invasive weeds:
Also, many thanks to our veteran gardener emerita, Patrica Bottomley, who keeps the flower arrangements and indoor plants at the ACL looking fresh, festive, and seasonal all year round!
If you would like to help with the gardening and beautification efforts on the ACL grounds, please contact Liz Noon (liznoon at comcast dot net). Thanks!
