Please join us for Storytime, starting up for its second season, this Tuesday (9/14) at 10:15. Storytime is a drop-in activity for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers. We will always have a bunch of fun books, and sometimes a special craft!
Volunteer Opportunity: We are looking for more readers for Storytime! It is a great way to volunteer, alone or with a friend, with a small commitment time-wise. Each reader (or reader pair) can volunteer once every other month, for about 40 minutes. The Storytime reader usually reads between 3-5 books, depending on the interest level and ages of group, and then can run a simple craft, if they’d like. The Storytime coordinator is happy to get the craft ready-to-go, and one of our children’s librarians can help choose books. Want to give it a try? Email Jaye Schneider: jaye.schneider@yahoo.com
