Retirement Planning – Discovering What’s Next® interactive workshop November 12th

Are you and your partner on the same page when it comes to retirement planning? Or…Are you like millions of couples avoiding conversations such as: when to retire; how much money is enough; how to balance work and leisure; what if we need to keep working or where to live?

Discovering What’s Next® invites you to an interactive workshop, Thursday, November 12, 6:30pm, at the Auburndale Community Library, 375 Auburn Street, Auburndale (www.auburndalelibrary.org), to learn about the “10 must-have conversations” that will help you begin to explore your vision for the second half of life. You will have the opportunity to take a brief self assessment, hear what your peers are saying and leave with resources and ideas about next steps. Individuals and couples approaching and/or in retirement transition are welcome.

Workshop leaders, Roberta Taylor and Dori Mintzer, are experienced psychotherapists and coaches specializing in the 50+ population, individuals and couples who are reinventing their lives and their relationships. Their book, “The Couples Retirement Puzzle: 10 Must-Have Conversation for Transitioning to the Second Half of Life”, is due out spring, 2010. Kindly register for this free program by email to info@discoveringwhatsnext.com or phone 617-796-1419.
